Refund policy

We photograph the actual item you will receive. Please review all photos and listing details carefully before purchasing.

 

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Since comic condition can be evaluated from photos and grading details, we do not accept returns for preference-based reasons (for example: changing your mind after purchase or expectations about cosmetic presentation).  We do not accept exchanges.

Please double-check your order before completing checkout; we may not be able to cancel orders once processing begins.

 

SHIPPING DAMAGE, WRONG ITEM, OR MISSING ITEMS

In the rare case your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we will make it right.

Please contact us at jeff@crgcomics.com within 72 hours of delivery (per carrier tracking) and include:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the shipping box (including any damage) and packing materials
• Clear photos of any damage to the item itself

If the issue is confirmed, we will provide a full or partial refund, depending on the situation, and/or a prepaid return shipping label (if a return is required).

 

NOTES ON GRADED COMIC SLABS

Graded comic slabs may show minor cosmetic handling marks (for example, light scuffs, scratches, or Newton rings). These cosmetic slab characteristics are not considered shipping damage.
